We have, for a number of years, provided valuation advice to our clients both for Company Accounts and in connection with disposals, development appraisal and negotiations. As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, we adhere to the guidance and regulations contained in the 'Red Book' (the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards 5th Edition as amended). We keep current with the changing standards and their effect.
