We have advised the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council for a number of years. Our work has encompassed the restructuring of their extensive research estates, disposal of surplus assets and ongoing management issues. At Compton in Berkshire we have recently obtained planning consent for a small residential development on a redundant part of the research complex and are in the process of marketing the site.
