On behalf of many of our clients, we are involved in development appraisal.  This can range from complex, unusual developments such as gas storage through to more conventional property development schemes, including scientific facilities and research incubators (ie start-up) units.

We have extensive experience of discounted cash flow analysis and investment appraisal and we have undertaken several actual developments and disposals on behalf of our clients which have put theory into practice.
