Marine Issues

acted, for a number of years, in the capacity of specialist advisors to
the Marine Estate of The Crown Estate. Over this period we have
concluded
Industrywide Agreements with the Water Companies, the Offshore Oil and
Gas
Industry and the Telecommunications Operators. We have agreed rentals
and
licence terms, settled rent reviews and taken rent reviews to third
party.
Our long term
involvement with The Crown Estate has given us an excellent
