Rating
Rating advice is a core activity of our business and our clients recognise that
the Practice has an unusual combination of skills and experience. All staff
involved in rating work have been employed within the Valuation Office
Agency or in private practice for a number of years. This has lead to a thorough understanding of
the "system".
We handle a diverse range of property on a nationwide basis
and as a result of our track record, we are often appointed to solve complex
rating problems associated with specialised hereditaments.
Property types with
which we are currently involved include:
- Historic Buildings
- Offices
- Industrial Premises
- Research Establishments
- HGV Testing Stations
- Hi-tech Production Facilities
- Museums and Art Galleries
- Educational Establishments
- "Sui generis" (one-off) Hereditaments
