We aim to provide a comprehensive property service to our clients and our expertise extends to the field of planning and development. Closely linked to our Estates Strategy Advice and our abilities in Development Consultancy, we regularly pursue these matters to a conclusion, through the planning system.

In the past we have secured consents for a motorway service area, several residential developments, B1 development and for research sites. We have experience in the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications, s106 Agreements and Business Cases. We frequently submit planning applications on behalf of clients and are well used to talking to Planning Officers and to Parish and other Councils.
